It provides a furnished and supported room in a central location at cost price, without contract or bond. Twenty Three people have called Matilda st home for varying lengths of time over a 5 year period to date. An explicitly stated commitment to ‘kindness’ as the only form of contract is a workable form of Radical Hospitality.
